New Orleans Public Library New Orleans East Branch is hosting the “REALLY Big Used Book Sale” seems neat! Here’s some info I grabbed for ya
”The Library Foundation of New Orleans (formerly the Friends of NOPL) is bringing its famous used book sale to New Orleans East! We had so much fun last year that we have decided to make this a TWO day sale so that everyone has a chance at the bargains

Friday, July 10 12pm - 5pm
Saturday, July 11 10am-3pm
We will have children’s books, home and garden, local interest, history, arts and music, romance, and much more. Trust us - bring a BIG bag for your purchases. Totally Rad Vintage Fest is back in Louisiana! This time, it’s not in Kenner, and you will have to head into Baton Rouge to snag some cool swag. More info will come the closer to the event date here, but for now, I can tell ya that the day to mark down is 8/29
Alright folks, this is the big one. Twice a year, the St Tammany Collectors Con puts together the best convention in the state. They cater to the vendors and collectors, and each year it gets bigger and better. If you go to one collecting event a year, make it this one! Be sure to make it to Mandeville on 11/14-15
